Position Overview
This position is located at our headquarter distribution center in Kent, Washington. The customer service representative is responsible for interacting with customers to handle complaints, process orders, and providing information about Yita’s products. The role will ensure quality customer satisfaction and encourage customers to buy from Yita with confidence.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate with warehouse and distributors to make sure that customers have the most up-to date and accurate information regarding their orders.
· Navigate and communicate through different platforms, including phone, email and company’s social media accounts
· Outbound follow-up regarding complaints or service issues that our customers may have post-purchase.
· Learn and demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, policies and procedures
· Listen closely to customers’ questions and concerns, and respond accordingly with the appropriate answers or actions
· Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
· Assist with other office administrative duties as needed
· Handle returns and exchanges in a manner that satisfies all stakeholders

Qualifications
· Must be fluent in English
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 1+ year of customer service experience required
· Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods highly desired
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Be able to read and speak Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred
